This expansive single-story residence boasts 1,989 square feet of living space, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.
From the front door entry, you’ll step into the front living room, and then the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining spaces- all accented with high ceilings and wood floors.
Living Room: This room offers two comfortable sofas (One reclining) and a Smart TV. Please not the fireplace is non-operational and decorative only.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals! You’ll also enjoy a kitchen island with bar seating for two.
Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for six guests. There is a large slider door off the dining area to access the backyard.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size bed and a 42” Smart TV. The private bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower with an oversized soaking tub inside the shower.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed and Smart TV. Access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 — Full size bed and access to a full shared bathroom.
Full bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The tranquil and secluded backyard is equipped with a variety of Arizona-style features, including an unheated private pool. Fire up the propane BBQ to prepare some of your favorite meals, and unwind in the many lounge and outdoor seating areas available. Don't forget to take advantage of the putting green for a fun and relaxing activity!
