This ranch style home is spacious, offering 2,376 square feet, four bedrooms and two baths to easily sleep up to 10 guests.
From the front double door entry, you’ll find the living room and dining room on each side. Then you’ll step into the expansive great room holding the family room and kitchen — all offering high-end touches, finishes and amenities.
Living Room: This large room offers contemporary furnishings including a sofa sleeper and a 55” Smart TV with a Roku.
Family Room: Settle back into the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 70” Smart TV with a Roku.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a four-burner electric stove and double ovens. You’ll also find stone counters and a large center island with seating for four. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee from the convenient coffee bar. You can also step outside to the private backyard from this area.
Dining Room: The dining room has seating for 10 guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedrooms 1 — King size bed, the private bathroom has double stone counter sinks, and a large tile shower with double showerheads.
Bedroom 2 – King size bed
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
Bedroom 4/Bunk Room — Two twin-over-twin bunk beds
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have access to the full bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The private and serene backyard offers lots of Arizona-style amenities including a private pool (with a perfect temperature of 76 degrees), a hot tub, and lots of lounge chairs around the pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Grill up your favorites on the gas BBQ and enjoy the outdoor dining and seating options. You can also listen to your favorite music over the Bluetooth speakers. Or take in some practice shots on the putting green before your next tee time!
