The home features single-level living, a spacious 3,844 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 20 guests — perfect for larger groups.
After stepping through the front door, you’ll be in the open main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable seating including a spacious sectional, accent chairs, a Smart TV and an inviting brick fireplace. Check out the shuffleboard table!
Formal Living Room: Contemporary furnishings including a full-size sleeper sofa and Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen offers high-end stainless-steel appliances including an induction stove top, SubZero refrigerator, a quartzite waterfall-style island with seating for four. Additionally, you’ll find a convenient pantry.
Dining Room: The dining area features a table and seating for six guests.
Game/Bonus Room: This fun room is perfect for all ages. It features arcade games, basketball, and board games, plus a full-size sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. You will also have direct access to the dream backyard!

Master Suite — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, crib, the ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, water closet, and unique blue glass shower.

Bedroom four/bunk room — Two full beds, twin-over-twin trundle bunk bed, 65” Smart TV

Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy your Arizona oasis offering a heated pool, tennis/pickleball/basketball court, and six-hole mini golf course complete with a tee box and sand trap. You’ll also find a Frisbee golf course, swing set and plenty of other outdoor activities. There are also plenty of covered and uncovered outdoor seating areas, a propane BBQ grill and an outdoor fireplace surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
