This single-level home offers a spacious 2,037 square feet with three bedrooms and two and bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests easily and comfortably.
After stepping through the front door in the open floor plan of the living spaces, you'll immediately notice the modern aesthetic with high ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting.
Living Room: The living room boasts two comfortable leather sofas, a Smart TV with a Bose sound bar, and direct access to the backyard, making it an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a flat-top stove, and a large island with seating for four. It's a bright and open space that's perfect for gatherings.
Dining Room: The dining area features a large modern wood dining table with bench seating, illuminated by natural lighting, and seating for 6. It's a great spot for family meals or dinner parties, and it provides easy access to the outdoor spaces.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite— king-sized bed, a Smart TV, automatic custom window shades, ample dresser space, a large walk-in closet, and private access to the backyard. The En suite bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, a spacious soaker tub, and a large shower
Bedroom 2 — Twin over full bunk bed, dresser, closet space, and access to the shared full bathroom
Bedroom 3 — Queen Murphy bed, a dresser, a desk area with three monitors and a printer, closet space, and access to the same shared bathroom
Bathroom 2 - Full shared bathroom offers tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
Outside, you'll discover a newly built private heated pool and hot tub, a smoker with pellets provided, a patio dining table for 6, a gas fire pit, and a putting green. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax and take in the desert sunsets and starry nights. If you want to stay active, a full fitness area is located in the garage, equipped with a Peloton stationary bike, free weights and more!
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. Pool Depth is 3 ft-6 ft
