This single-story home has been remodeled for functionality and modern living. It features an expansive 3,000 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to effortlessly accommodate up to 12 guests.
Stepping through the front door places you into the open floorplan great room holding the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Living Room: This room offers a large sectional couch, two accent chairs, a 77” Smart TV, mounted sound bar and an electric fireplace. Enjoy a little friendly competition at pool table!
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large waterfall kitchen island with seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area offers a table and seating for eight guests.
Bonus/Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, built-in bar with wine fridge, and lots of board games.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King bed (with adjustable frame), 65” Smart TV, large sectional sofa that can fold into additional sleep accommodations, enormous walk-in closet, desk area, and access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom offers two sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size adjustable bed, 55” Smart TV, Dual Nightstand with phone charging ports and sound machine
Bedroom 3 – King size adjustable bed, 55” Smart TV, Dual Nightstand with phone charging ports and sound machine
Bedroom 4 —Twin day bed with trundle, 55” Smart TV and connecting room with a Twin Bed, 32” Smart TV and PacMan arcade machine; access to the backyard. The private bathroom offers double sinks and a shower.
A full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas that offer a pool (heated for a fee) and hot tub, a propane fire pit with seating, dining furniture, and plenty of lounge chairs. You’ll also enjoy a ping pong table, along with yard games.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
