This lovely Scottsdale Maya Retreat condo is the perfect getaway accommodation. You’ll be situated in the heart of the popular Old Town Scottsdale area, putting you within walking distance to plenty of popular attractions and activities.
This second-level condo was recently remodeled and offers 1,066 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.
After stepping through the front door, you will find be greeted by the kitchen area that overlooks the open area holding the living room and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers a comfy queen sofa sleeper, armchairs, Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. You’ll enjoy lots of natural light, as well as easy access to the private patio.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass top five-burner stove. This space opens out into the dining and living room areas.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King bed, Smart TV, desk area, the en suite bathroom offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, TV with DVD player, the en suite bathroom offers a spacious shower.
Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy the upper-level deck/patio offering a table with seating for four and an electric BBQ.
Community amenities:
Take advantage of the community amenities including a large heated pool (opened year round) with plenty of poolside seating, and a relaxing hot tub. The community clubhouse has lovely gathering areas and a full kitchen. There’s also a delightful game room with a pool table and a fully equipped fitness center.
