You’ll enter the home through front door, stepping into the living room, followed by an open area holding the kitchen and dining room.
Living Room: This room features reclining leather furnishings, a gorgeous stone fireplace and a Smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters and a kitchen island.
Dining Room: The dining area offers a lovely table and seating for six guests.
Bar Area: Enjoy a drink at the bar area that offers a Smart TV to watch your favorite sport with seating for three. This area also offers a wine fridge.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King bed, Smart TV, desk area and the ensuite bathroom offers a double-sink vanity, a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, Smart TV
Full shared bathroom offers double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
The outdoor spaces are pristine and include a pebble-finish swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional fee during the cooler months). There’s a turf area for games and an amazing outdoor gathering spot that offers a stone pizza oven, gas fireplace, a gas BBQ grill and additional seating. The Grayhawk green belt runs along the edge of the property giving you a feeling of spaciousness.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
