This private resort-style, one-acre oasis offers a nine-hole golf course with tee boxes located around the yard to test your short-game skills as you hit into a 30’x40’ putting green protected by 3 large sand traps. You can also play pickleball on your own private court. How fun is that! Take a dip in the heated pool (see note below) surrounded by lush landscaping. And there’s more - two separate covered seating/dining areas, pool table, bocce ball on the grass, and ping pong in the barn. Play a game of basketball on the side yard. Grill up your favorites on the BBQ. All of this and only 20 minutes from the airport. You’ll have a blast!
This very private home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two ensuites, and sleeps up to 10 guests.
You’ll enter the property via a welcoming courtyard, and as you step through the front door a large great room with multiple seating areas, kitchen, dining, and eating nook will greet you.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a sectional sofa and accent chairs, a Smart TV and adobe fireplace.
Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, glass-top electric range, a kitchen bar with seating for three, and a cozy kitchen nook table for four.
Dining Room: The large dining room table has seating for eight guests

Primary Bedroom – King size bed, Smart TV, access to the backyard, ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, and large tile and glass shower
Bedroom 2 – King size bed and twin bed, Smart TV, and access to backyard
Bedroom 3 — One Queen bed and a twin bed
Bedroom 4 — Queen bed
Bedroom 5 – King size bed and ensuite bathroom with sink, tile and glass shower
Shared full bathroom offers double sinks, tub/shower combination
Outdoor patio spaces
A nine-hole golf course. Pickleball on a private court. Heated pool (see note about pool heating below) with dining table under pergola and lounge chairs. Covered dining table and sectional couch on patio. Grass area with cornhole and bocce ball. Ping pong in the barn. Basketball. Stainless steel BBQ.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
