This newly renovated single-story home offers a spacious 2,049 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the main open floor plan living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining room.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishing including a queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV, decorative fireplace (not operational).
There’s an adjacent game/pool table area that offers a pool table, high-top game bar and plenty of board games!
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass top range. Enjoy conversation and snacks at the large kitchen bar with seating for two. Have breakfast in the adjacent nook with seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for four guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King bed, 20” Smart TV; the ensuite bathroom offers double sinks and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed
