The single-story home offers a spacious 4,330 square feet, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 14 guests.
As you approach the home, you will be greeted by a long, paved semi-circular drive and a welcoming chandelier-lit portico entryway. Stepping into the home, you will be greeted by a welcoming entryway where you’ll find cubbies and cabinets. Theirs is a billiards room just off the foyer. A few more steps and you will be in the expansive main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: Offers contemporary furnishings including a spacious, plus sectional couch, accent chair, a 62” Smart TV, and an entertaining shuffleboard game.
Kitchen: Well equipped, the kitchen offers Thermador stainless steel appliances including double ovens and a gas stovetop. You’ll also find a unique farmhouse sink, plenty of counter space and a large kitchen island with seating for four. The floor-to-ceiling double sliding doors offer plenty of natural light and easy access to the backyard.
Dining room: This wonderful area offers a table with seating for eight
Bar area: Perfect entertaining space with a wine fridge, sink and double cooling drawers for beverages
Billiards/Game area: Billiards table, Smart TV and access to the front patio.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Bedroom— King size bed, accent chairs/sitting area, 62” Smart TV, large walk-in closet, access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity, and a large shower with dual shower heads and a large soaking tub inside the shower.
Junior Master — King size bed, and a 58” Smart TV, access to the backyard via attractive French doors. The private bathroom offers a spacious shower.
Bedrooms 3 — King size bed, and a 58” Smart TV. Access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 4 — King size bed, and a 58” Smart TV. Access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Bedrooms 5 — King size bed, gas fireplace, and a 58” Smart TV, desk area and double doors to the backyard. Access to the shared full bathroom.
Bedrooms 6/bunk room—Two twin-over-full bunk beds. Access to the shared full bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor spaces
Enjoy a sparkling and inviting pool and above ground hot tub, custom surrounding landscaping, multiple outdoor seating areas including a patio table with seating for 8, lots of lounge chairs. Enjoy some sports on the 58” Smart TV. Have some fun at the pickleball court and basketball court, putting green, or the endless yard games. The front patio area offers outdoor seating.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

Entertainment: Smart TVs throughout with YouTube TV and Sonos speaker with built in speakers throughout the whole property, including the backyard.
Laundry: Side by side washer and dryer in laundry room with utility sink and second refrigerator.
