This property offers a main house and three casitas — features 4,124 square feet, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms. This getaway retreat can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it a perfect choice for larger groups.
Main House:
Upon entering the main house’s front door, you'll step into kitchen area leading you to the open main living room area and the dining room.
Living Room: The living room boasts a large sectional couch, two sofas, and a Smart TV. The large sliding door opens the whole side of the home into the backyard making it perfect for gatherings!
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass flat-top stove and a separate ice machine.
Dining Room: The dining area features a table and seating for 10 guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King-size bed, Smart TV, access to the back yard, and the private bathroom features double sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 — Full-size day bed with twin trundle, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 — Full day bed with twin trundle, Smart TV
Full shared bathroom with a shower.
Casitas (There are 3 separate casitas)
Each casita offers living room areas with a twin day bed and twin trundle and a Smart TV. The kitchen areas are fully equipped and offer bar-top seating for two. There’s convenient access to the patio.
The separate casita bedroom offers a queen bed, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. You’ll also find a stacked washer and dryer in each unit.
Outdoor spaces:
The outdoor spaces are impressive and include a private pool and hot tub surrounded by lounge chairs. Settle back into the large sectional and enjoy the gas fire pit. There’s also hammock seating and a built-in propane BBQ.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request for a fee of $140 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the main house laundry room; each casita offers a stacked washer/dryer unit.
Parking: Assigned covered carport parking for four vehicles
