Not every vacation to Scottsdale has to be about shopping, museums, and fancy restaurants. As the seasons change and summer comes ever nearer, Spring Training in Scottsdale brings a different demographic to our I Love Scottsdale doors. These are the people who have forever loved America’s pastime, the ones that may or may not have been able to see their favorite teams in person, and Spring Training allows them to do just that. Offering a more intimate experience, some of the league’s most popular teams, including the Chicago Cubs, migrate southwest for the spring, providing the ultimate in sports activities for visitors and locals. And because our Scottsdale Spring Training rentals are close to where the boys of summer play, you can spend most of your day at the ballpark and less time commuting back and forth!

Our Scottsdale Spring Training Rentals Have All the Important Stuff
By now you probably already realize that our accommodations in Scottsdale are designed to make your vacation even better. You know that our sofas are soft, and our kitchens are modern, but you may be more concerned with how they are going to make your Spring Training viewing easier! For instance, were you aware that many of our Scottsdale Spring Training rentals offer smart televisions? And because MLB offers all the Spring Training games, you can watch the ones you didn’t see at the fields from the comfort of our plush sofas. The TVs in our homes are large and clear, making it feel as if you are on the bleachers at the ball field, except our accommodations in Scottsdale are air-conditioned and guaranteed to be cooler than outside! Ceiling fans in nearly all the rooms keep the air moving, something you will really appreciate after a few hours at the park.
Step into our accommodations in Scottsdale with fully equipped kitchens to make a snack, grab a beer to enjoy in front of the television, and tune into fun for a few more hours; the rest of your family will be fine swimming in the pool or hanging out at Scottsdale Fashion Park, giving the credit cards a little extra work out! Speaking of the pool, this will be the second most popular spot in town, especially at the end of a day spent watching the San Francisco Giants playing at Scottsdale Stadium. We promise that as much fun as you have at the games, you will come home feeling tired, slightly sticky from a combination of sunscreen and spilled sodas, and perhaps a tad overheated, and as you slip into your suit and submerge yourself in the crystal-clear waters of your backyard pool, all the bad will just disappear. Leaving behind memories of blue skies, green grass, and the crack of a bat hitting the ball over the fence, these moments will be the ones you never want to forget!
At night, when the sky turns an inky black and soft beds beckon, your sleep will be deep and your dreams will be happy ones filled with baseballs, cold beers, and the cheer of the fans as their teams send the ball out of the park once again!
The Cactus League
Spring Training is divided between two leagues: the Grapefruit League in Florida and the Cactus League here in Arizona. We have 15 Major League teams playing in 10 stadiums spread out over Scottsdale, Tempe, Goodyear, Phoenix, and Buckeye, which means you have many opportunities to see the games! Watch the San Francisco Giants at Scottsdale Stadium, the Colorado Rockies and our hometown faves, the Arizona Diamondbacks, at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, and the Oakland A’s at Hohokam Stadium. Sloan Park, home to the Chicago Cubs, was designed to be a miniature version of Wrigley Field, and every game you view there will be an experience not to be forgotten! Tempe Diablo Stadium hosts the Los Angeles Angels, Camelback Ranch is home to the Chicago White Sox and the LA Dodgers, and Goodyear Ballpark may offer a bit of a drive from your I Love Scottsdale sanctuary, but it is where the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Guardians live during Spring Training season. The Milwaukee Brewers play from American Family Fields of Phoenix, the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners get their practice in the Peoria Sports Complex, and last but not least, the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers call Surprise Stadium their home away from home.
The Crack of the Bat, the Sound of the Crowds, and All the Comforts of Home
