As you prepare to dive into the new year, you may be feeling a moment of sadness as you realize you have reached the end of the holiday season. No more days off work, no more colorful Christmas lights greeting you each evening, and no more good cheer. January looms ahead, bleak and gloomy, and offering a repetitive routine filled with slushy roads, angry drivers, and cold. We have found, however, that the best way to counteract the after-holiday blues is by planning a vacation to somewhere light, bright, and warm, and we hope that your choice of a vacation destination brings you to our I Love Scottsdale doorstep and a stay in one of our condo rentals in Phoenix! The first vacation of the year should set the stage for all that follow, and while your friends and family back home in Kansas City may be shoveling their way through thigh high snowbanks and worrying about the salted roads ruining the clearcoat on their cars, you will be “shoveling” sunshine and dealing with the age-old question: Do you want salt or no salt on the rim of your margarita glass? This guide to our condos for rent in Phoenix will add a bright spot to the gloomy days leading up to your Arizona getaway!

2023 Condo Rentals in Phoenix
You may be a little surprised that a company named I Love Scottsdale is offering condos in the city of Phoenix, but Scottsdale and Phoenix border each other, and our condos for rent in Phoenix offer the same quality and luxury as our Scottsdale ones while featuring a different point of view! Step into spaces that are filled with light and let the innate warmth of our condos begin the thaw of your frosty interiors! Living rooms combine comfort in the form of plush seating options and convenience in the form of state-of-the-art televisions, providing a space that you and your traveling companions will happily convene in every evening of your stay. Featuring balconies, patios, and/or decks that are furnished with more seating options, you can raise a toast to the sunset (and a Phoenix winter sunset is a sight you will never want to forget) without having to bundle up! Winter temps CAN get cold once the sun sets, but you can expect highs as high as 70+ degrees while the sun is shining. As a matter of fact, the condo community you reside in may offer a heated swimming pool for your use, ensuring you return home tanned and happy, garnering much envy from your winter pale friends and family who didn’t get to join in the fun you had in Phoenix!
One of the most expensive aspects of vacations is dining. Trying to feed every member in your traveling party, especially when you have to eat out for every meal can really make your bank account cringe, but when you stay in one of our Phoenix condos, you have options you will love. Our kitchens are equipped with the most updated of appliances, including microwaves, so go ahead and buy a bunch of frozen foods to reheat on the days you don’t feel like going out and you really don’t feel like cooking! Breakfasts of cereal or even delicious donuts are inexpensive options as well! Of course, the beautiful kitchens we offer may entice you to create a few meals from scratch and because coffee makers are a vital addition to every condo, you can save a few bucks by NOT heading out to a coffee shop for you morning dose of caffeine! Dining areas, anchored by appropriately sized tables for the space, breakfast bars with stools bellied up to their front, and the occasional patio table on the balcony or deck provide many options as to where you can eat whatever meal or snack you choose! Of course, if you still want to eat out every meal (the restaurants in Phoenix are unbelievably wonderful!) every table can be used for work stations, game playing sites, or simply sipping the coffee you brewed and daydreaming about the adventures yet to come in the 12 months that lie ahead!
Deep Sleep and Happy Dreams
During this first vacation of the year, you may even be able to accomplish a resolution that has always been difficult for you, getting enough sleep. Our brains, as adult, are a tangled mess of things we have to do, things we forgot to do, and things that we have no control over, and when the lights go out, all of the above start swirling through our mind, interrupting any chance of sleep. Your Phoenix adventures, however, will help tire you out as you hike, shop, and explore the local museums, and our bedrooms will take over, enabling you to sleep as deeply as you did as a child! Tranquil spaces filled with beds that will make you feel as if you are sleeping on a cloud, televisions in some rooms will help ease the transition from awake to asleep, and deep soaking tubs in en suite bathrooms will lull you into a state of absolute bliss! Only happy dreams are allowed in our I Love Scottsdale luxurious condo bedrooms, and you will feel the difference each morning when you wake up ready to experience all our desert town has to offer!
Playing in Phoenix
When you aren’t exploring the comforts and luxuries of your vacation sanctuary, the hours spent exploring Phoenix will fill you with joy. Explore the world of racing at the Penske Racing Museum. The desert encourages creativity, and as you are driving around downtown, don’t be surprised if you find beautiful and impressive murals painted on the walls of many buildings. The most famous of these creations can be found in the Roosevelt Row Art’s District where “Mural Alley” will surprise and delight! One of our favorite murals, however, is a relatively new addition to the city. It is a tribute to Prince, painted in shades of purple and offering two large mirrors that serve as the lenses of his “mirrored” sunglasses. Located on one wall of Rodriguez Boxing Gym on Roosevelt and 15th Avenue, it’s worth checking out.
Sunny days that are warm and dry are one of the many benefits of visiting Phoenix in the winter, leading to an exquisite golf vacation you will never forget! With eight courses in total, (five 18-hole championship courses and three 9-hole ones) you could choose a different course to go to every day of your stay, but if you really want your mind blown, you can actually choose from over 200 courses in the Metropolitan Phoenix area! Grayhawk Golf Club, located in our hometown of Scottsdale, is perhaps the best public course in the state, but every course offers something that makes it special.
And finally, we talked a little about eating out during your Phoenix vacation, but there is so much more to know about in this foodie paradise we live in! Explore sophisticated comfort foods at Fire at Will, enjoy a taste of the Caribbean at Ms. Martha’s Caribbean Kitchen, or stick with what we know best, and explore the Mexican culinary treasures served at Bacanora PHX! The flavor of Phoenix is destined to be one of the memories you enjoy most!
