Located in the Kierland area, Scottsdale Paradise is the perfect property for your next getaway. It is in a quiet community that is close to the Kierland Commons, with the many restaurant and shopping options, as well as golf courses, like the TPC Scottsdale Champion Course, and a multitude of other activities.
This newly furnished home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, within 2100 square feet of living space, to accommodate up to eight guests. Updated photos coming soon.
You’ll enter the property through the front door and into the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area – all open and bright with high ceilings.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to the backyard.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and is stocked with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There is a breakfast nook table and kitchen bar seating, all overlooking the private yard and pool.
Dining Room: The dining room has seating for eight and has plenty of natural light.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King bed, a Smart TV, and a separate, and an en suite bath with dual stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a separate tile and glass shower.
Bedroom 2 – King bed, a Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, a Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Outdoor:
The backyard is a grand space with a covered patio, a salt-water play pool (no diving) and a separate hot tub. NOTE: Pool heating is automatically charged a $95 per day fee from October 1-May 31. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. There is no fee to heat the hot tub.
